Agenda, Speakers and Presentations on iPhone
This year the conference features a new application to show the agenda, presentations and speakers on the iPhone and other iWebtoolkit compliant devices.
Our speaker Sébastien Blanc have written a Grails application using his own iWebkit plugin, which he will also be presenting at the conference.
Technical stuff:
The application gets it data from our agenda, which we have made in Google Calendar. The information about speakers and presentations are delivered from the main website via JSON.
The GR8 Conference Europe Agenda is almost complete. We got lots of interesting presentations in all areas of the Groovy space. Go to http://eu.gr8conf.org/agenda to check it out.

The GR8 Conference is an affordable conference dedicated to the Groovy dynamic language, the Grails web framework, the Griffon Swing framework, and other great technologies — hence the pun and code name GR8.
Speakers and audience
All the sessions and labs of the agenda will be presented by experts in the field and makers of those technologies, and will give you — developers, tech leads and architects — an in-depth coverage of the subjects at hand.

Venkat Subramaniam, founder of Agile Developer and author or co-author of the books .NET Gotchas, Practices of an Agile Developer, Programming Groovy: Dynamic Productivity for the Java Developer and Programming Scala, will be delivering the kickoff speech.
